Our dream is to see an orphan free neighborhood and Our dream project

“ANBALAYAM” is our step towards making this dream come true. Our Anbalayam will by Almighty’s grace be a hospice haven specially for the homeless people. Jeeva Shanthy Trust wants to break the rule of the world that money makes everything possible by reserving the entire service of our Anbalayam only and specially to the have nots

Along the journey of conducting thousands of funerals to the unclaimed unidentified unnamed souls,  JST witnessed numerous incidents where abandoned elders eagerly wait for their end amidst the busy streets. Their last moments in this world are really a heart wrecking scene where they don't take any food or water for several days because of which they lose the stamina to even shoo away the rats which eat up their toes and fingers even when they are alive. Even the women in these situations are not spared as they are sexually abused by the anti-social elements in the society.  JST feels helpless in these situations as they cannot look after these dying destitutes at the roadside so it felt a strong need for a special space where these people can be looked after during their last few days of their lives. JST feels that ANBALAYAM would be such a place where the abandoned elders could breathe their last with JST family by their side filling the place of their loved ones.
